Easter Long Weekend at The Blackwood Hotel

Good Friday calls for something a little special — and at The Blackwood Hotel, we’re keeping it fresh, simple and full of flavour.

Join us in the hills for a relaxed long lunch and enjoy a couple of Good Friday favourites:

 Buckets of Tiger Prawns — $30
 Fish & Prawn Pie with mash & broccolini — $28

And on Easter Saturday, Blackwood Woodchop and Easter Carnival brings together one of Victoria’s oldest woodchopping competitions with a full day of live music, family fun, great food and local charm — all set at the beautiful Blackwood Recreation Reserve.

To make the day even easier, there will be a shuttle running between The Blackwood Hotel and the Carnival grounds, so you can settle in, enjoy the festivities, and head back to the pub with ease.

Make a day of it and stop by The Blackwood Hotel for a meal or a drink before or after the action.
